Abstract
Vehicles have currently entered electrical age with high-speed transmission, and the output speed of battery electric vehicle (BEV) exceeds 10,000 rpm. With the increasing integration of BEV driving system, high-speed integrated electric driving system is becoming a trend in the development of BEV. However, higher integration makes it more difficult to determine the cause of noise, vibration and harshness (NVH) problems of the driving system. This paper used SMT/MASTA software to simulate and analyze the integrated electric driving system. With the comparison of test results and CAE results of the driving system, the corresponding parts with problems could be found. Then the finite element method was used to optimize the system response index, and the correctness of NVH optimization scheme was verified by comparison tests. Our work provides an effective NVH optimization method for BEV driving system.
